He is survived by: his wife Christine Burlingame Smith; his children, Albert J. Smith Jr. of Steubenville, Mindy Sinclair (Sean) of Munster, IN, Tracey and Jennifer Stone (Jeff); and his sister Robin Moore of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
