He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. White and Irene Robinson White; his brother Richard H. White Jr.; his in-laws, Merle and Wanda Bush; his brothers-in-law, Merle "Bucky" Bush and Ronnie Briggs; his sister Darla; his brother-in-law Jim Anderson; and his pet Edie.
He is survived by: his wife Denese R. Bush White; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Briggs of New Cumberland, WV and Tracey White of Surfside Beach, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in his memory to the Old Fort Steuben Project, Steubenville, Ohio.
