He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Williams and Frances Young Williams. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Simmons Williams; his daughters, Christy Gibas (Frank) of Steubenville, Susan Williams of Canton and Julie Brown (Derek) of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Bill Williams, Jr. (Stacy) of Newark, Ohio., Megan Prichard (Wesley), Andrew Brown, Sara Brown, Olivia Gibas, Ella Williams, Blake Williams and Allie Brown; his great grandchildren, Rory and Kit Prichard; and his sister Sue Ann Conrad of Hartville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
