He was predeceased by: his father Frank C. Biggio. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Biggio; his children, Chad Biggio (Stephanie) and Cristen Tarquinio (Christopher); his grandchildren, Zachary, Carmine and Bianca; his mother Lucille Dixon Biggio of Steubenville, OH; his siblings, Robert Biggio of Timnath, CO, Bruce Biggio of Wintersville, OH and Rebecca Gulino of Wilmington, DE; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Allen (Roger) of Wintersville, OH and Phillis Vankirk (Robert) of North Port, FL.. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Teramana Cancer Center or Valley Hospice, Inc.
