Bougard of Steubenville and Rita Fultz (Charles) of Las Vegas, Nevada; his aunt Ruth Steiner McCullum of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and his friend Dudley Prentice of Steubenville, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
