With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Ross of Steubenville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Randolph and Pauline Randolph (Simeral); her husband Joseph J. Ross Jr.; and her brothers, Harold and Wayne Randolph.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Jones (Rick), James J. Ross (Linda), Janet M. Nordin and Todd Parker (Jennifer); her sisters-in-law, Carol and Glenda Randolph; and her grandchildren, Justine (Paul), Josh, Jesse, Todd (Dom), Bubba (Lexi), Curtis and Ella. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
