He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon and Ashleigh Polverini; his brother Greg (Gladys); his nephew Matthew Polverini (Brittani); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addilynn and Lillyan; and his niece Kelci Polverini. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
