He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth Fravel, Patrica Fravel, Charleen Blake, Dave, Barb Hoyle and Kathy "Maw" Blake.
He is survived by: his father Johnny Moran; his son Conrad Blake IV; his grandfather Conrad R. Blake; his siblings, David Hoyle of Columbus, Cody Fravel (Christina) of Columbus and Taylor Cohick (Joey) of Mingo Jct; his girlfriend Jessica Kocher; the mother of his children Schaine Jarvis; his aunts and uncles, Donnie, Val Hartsell, Christine Hartsell, Linda Lucas and Patrice Fravel; and his nieces and nephews, Noah, Nico Fravel, Addison Cohick, Layla Cohick and Aly Fravel. He is also survived by several cousins and distant relatives.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
