He was predeceased by: his parents, David Herrin and Sis Mullins Herrin. He is survived by: his children, Richard Bradshaw (Debbie) of Toronto, Ohio, Dorian Livingston of Steubenville, Ohio, David Thorn of Wintersville, Ohio, Brandon Barkley of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, Aisha Herrin of Steubenville, Ohio, Da'Lesha Thorn of Steubenville, Ohio, Amanda Barkley of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania and Daveisha Brown of Steubenville, Ohio; his siblings, Michael "Too Tall" Sims, Regianald "Spud" Mullins of Jesse, Stephanie of Seattle, Washington, Gay of Seattle, Washington, Minnie Walters of Steubenville and June Bowden (David) of Steubenville; and his godson Shannon White. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
