He is survived by: his mother JoAnne Monigold (Sarno); his partner Robin Montgomery; his children, Amber Monigold, David Monigold (Kelly) and Angelique Monigold; his grandchildren, Aiden Carte, Kellen Carte and Weston Adams; his brother Daniel Monigold (Nancy); and his niece Mia Fairclough (John). He is also survived by her daughter and grandchildren.
