He is survived by: his wife Jody; his sons, Dave (Amber) and Nick (Meghann); his grandchildren, David, Peyton and Emily; his brothers, Richard and Perry (Robin); his mother-in-law Marilyn Izzi; and his pet Lulu. He is also survived by one niece, several nephews, extended family; and so many good friends.
