It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deanna E. Wise of Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Wise. She is survived by: her parents, Marshall Barnes and Ann Newman; her daughters, Keely Wise of Weirton, Johnna Wise of Weirton, Angel Wise of Jewett and Alluna Newman of Weirton; her siblings, John Newman (Tabitha) of Mt. Vernon, OH, Michael Barnes of Steubenville, Kelly Marinella Ching (Rex) of Dayton, OH, Jolene Sponaugle (Michael) of Weirton and Angie Willingham (Drew) of Portland, OR; and her grandson Alias Wise. She is also survived by seven nephews and ten nieces.
