She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Alvis and Phyllis White Alvis; her sisters, Cheryl Toney and Leslie Moody; and her nephews, Michael and Chris Alvis.
She is survived by: her husband Allen "Pete" Cain; her sons, Carl, Shawn and Steven Cain; her nephew Jason Alvis; and her sister Kathy Fisher.
