He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis V. Needham and Margaret Boyle Needham; his wife Judith Ann Aldridge Needham; his siblings, Wanda Straka and William Needham; and his daughter-in-law Deb Needham.

He is survived by: his sons, Shawn Needham (Lorie) and Steve Needham; his sisters, Katherine Adams and Janet Angelo (Dave); and his grandchildren, Megan Snyder (Matt), Chad Needham (Mina), Tyler Needham, Bryan Needham and Alysa Wentz. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
