Donna leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Donna’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Donna will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Porter and Ruth Westling Porter. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey K. Talbott; her children, Jami Garrett of Camp Hill, PA, Jennifer Biby (Vern) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Shannon Graham (Jason) of East Stroudsburg, PA and Brendan Talbott (Summer) of Washington, PA; and her grandchildren, Sierra Leickert, Charles Biby, Jeffrey Biby, Grady Biby, Rebecca Talbott and Elizabeth Garrett.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952).
