She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Koon and Virginia Koon Harris (Montgomery); and her sisters, Karen Gogul and Loretta Swiger. She is survived by: her husband Shawn M. Smith; her daughter Amanda Smith of Columbus, OH; and her siblings, Patty Luparello of Wintersville, OH and Donald Koon (Cathy) of New Port Richey, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
