He is survived by: his son Frank Speer (Clarissa) of California; his brothers, Scott Wilson (Valinda) of Steubenville, Thomas James Williston of Cadiz and Shawn Douglas Williston (Rikki) of Amsterdam; and his stepbrother Joshua Blu of South Dakota.

He had been known to be homeless and any donation great or small will help.
