She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Blair and Gertrude Ellen Schrock Warrick; her son William Lee Ervin Sr.; her former husband James Charles Ervin Sr.; and her sisters, Joann, Laura and Ruby.
She is survived by: her children, James Charles Ervin Jr., Debra Sue Chechuck (Mike), Jerffery Ross Ervin (Robin Dillon), Freda May Ervin-Naegele (Natalie) and Anjeanette Chechuck (Michael); her daughter-in-law Gwen Ervin; and her siblings, John, George, Donnie, Blair, Bill Warrick, Ruthy Washington, Anna Mae Kinder, Trudy Greene, Emma Kinder, Faye Tabone and Cheryl Muzzapappa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
