He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. and Mary E. Valentine (McConnaughey); his son Frank; his siblings, JoAnn and Mark; and his niece Gwen Martin.
He is survived by: his sisters, Relina Rae Hinerman of Toronto and Tina Graham of Steubenville.
