It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Almyra Porter of Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Charles Alfred; her husband Joseph Franklin Porter Jr.; her children, Thomas Joseph Porter and Patricia Helen Hancock; and her sisters, Dorothy, Jane, JoAnn, Charlene and June.

She is survived by: her children, Carroll Joan Porter of Akron, Joseph Franklin Porter III of Mingo Jct, Katherine Cyrus (Orben) of Akron and Stephen Eugene Porter of Omaha, NB. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
