He was predeceased by: his father Howard D Sr. Cooper; and his sisters, Grace Robinson, Shirley Bucy and Betty Briganti. He is survived by: his son Douglas Cooper (Lisa) of Marysville; his grandchildren, Amelia, Cade, Riley, Kai and Reed Cooper (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Tannen, Ellie and River; and his parents-in-law, Debby and Jerry Wise. He is also survived by 2 grandsons and 7 great-grandchildren.
