He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Kathryn, James Stillwell, William and Margaret Haught. He is survived by : his brother Justin DiVittorio of Steubenville, OH; and his grandparents, Gary and Maria Fields. He is also survived by several aunts uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Jamie's memory to the Shriners Children Hospital.
