It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Vecchione of Steubenville, Ohio, born in Mingo, Ohio, who passed away on December 9, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fithen and Rose Fithen; her brother Donald Fithen (Margie); and her brothers-in-law, Carl Vecchione (Ruth) and Armond Vecchione (Dolores).
She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, Leigh Anne Costlow (Alan) of Bloomingdale and John Vecchione (Christina) of Mingo; her grandchildren, Michele McClung (Johnny), Alan Costlow (Mindi), Luke Costlow (Macon), Ryan Vojvodich and Aaron Costlow (Indy); and her great grandchildren, Rachel, Caleb, Joshua, Scarlett, Logan and Dorothy.
