He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Meadows and Kathryn Meadows; and his siblings, Richard, Dana Meadows, Carol DiMaria and Shirley Mark.
He is survived by: his wife Merinda "Rinnie" Cicone Meadows; his daughter Autumn Diligente (Jonnie); his grandchildren, Santino and Liliana Diligente; and his sisters, Barb Kowalsky, Sandy Houchin (Steve) and Lynda Spence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
