He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mihalko and Julia Borsch Mihalko; and his wife Sylvia Kadgen. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly (Richard Taylor) of Tampa, FL and Christine Bertha (David) of Oakdale, PA; and his sister Judy Anderson (Robert) of Mingo Jct.
