He is survived by: his brother-in-law Carl Stasiulewicz; his siblings, Shirley Ludewig (William), Donald Milewsky and Leroy Milewsky (Clara Sue); his siblings-in-law, Virginia Kopras (Stasiulewicz), Vincent and Joseph Stasiulewicz; and his caregivers, Kim, Jordan, Matthew of Physical Therapy and Lisa.
