He is survived by: his mother Christina Posada Hinojosa (Ricardo Hinojosa); his son Wyatt David Ruiz; his siblings, Chrystal Ruiz and Matthew Spence; his grandparents, David and Yolanda Posada; and his aunts, Diane Nawara (Chris Nawara) and Paula K. P. Hughes (Thomas Hughes). He is also survived by cousins, extended family, coworkers.
