He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonaventura Pate and Domenica DiCara Pate; his son Christopher; and his siblings, Angeline DiBittista and Salvatore Pate.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine Dennis (Christopher) of Steubenville and Carol Acantilado (Phil) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Timothy, Ashley Tennant, Tessa Dennis and Kylee Jo Dennis; his great grandchildren, Lillianna Mignone, Gideon Burns and Lillianna Castelli; and his siblings, Ronald Pate (Rosemary) of Wintersville and Marie Clancy.
