He was predeceased by: his sister Annette Barker. He is survived by: his daughters, Caché and Edie; his stepdaughter Olivia; and his siblings, Mary Ellis, Clyde Barker, Little Barker and Joseph Barker. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gregory-Martin Funeral Chapel (255 S 7th St, Steubenville, OH 43952).
