Louise Munis Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Louise Munis of Steubenville, Ohio. Louise, born on November 1, 1928, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Louise for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zahardis and Vassiliki Saffo Zahardis; her husband Nick; and her sister Toula Zahardis Pedos. She is survived by: her children, George Munis (Debbie) of Dunlap, TN, Joan Colak (Tony) of Cincinnati, OH and Beverly Cheruvathoor (Les) of Lincolnwood, IL. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great granddaughter; nieces and nephews as well as two great nieces and one great-great niece.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (300 S 4th St, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
