It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille D. Biggio of Steubenville, Ohio, born in Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer H. Dixon and Victoria Carlson Dixon; her husband Frank C. Biggio; her son Brian C. Biggio; and her siblings, Joe Dixon and Louise Hawthorne.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Biggio, Bruce Biggio and Becca Biggio; her daughter-in-law Beverly Biggio; her grandchildren, Chad Biggio (Stephanie), Cristen Tarquinio (Chris), Lindsay Speca (Steve), Joe Biggio, Ava, Adele Gulino, Spencer, Lucas and Rachel Biggio; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Carmine, Bianca, Olivia, Sloane, Ellie and Jack.
