It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Allen Willis of Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Newman Willis and Sue Ellen Clark (Willis); and his brother Jamie Willis. He is survived by: his son Devin Willis; and his sisters, Amy McKnight (Kevin) and Julie Willis (Bob Carter). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
