He is survived by: his wife Johanna Harbert (Smith); his sons, Benjamin of Steubenville, OH and Nicholas of Steubenville, OH; and his siblings, Raymond Harbert (Jane), Ann Harbert (Kenneth Oliver) of Mingo Junction, OH and Crystal Harbert of Mingo Junction, OH. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, and two nieces and two nephews.
