He is survived by: his grandchildren, Wineman, Leo Meaige, Teddy Rainy and Daisy Shock; his wife Joan E. Bell (Brockway); his children, Tammy S. Bell-West of Steubenville, OH and Raymond F. Bell, Jr. (Michele) of Toronto, OH; his grandchildren, Raymond E. Bell, Natasha Bell, Russell West (Darla Bingham) and Devvon Bell (Mollie Chetock); and his great grandchild Raymond R. Bell.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Raymond's memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
