He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack "Bugsy" Sullivan and Nancy Sullivan (Mackey); and his sisters, Brenda Robinett and Debbi Shamanski. He is survived by: his fiancé Christopher Orgovan-Maglione of Steubenville, OH; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Sullivan (Paula) of Toronto, OH, Richard "Rick" Sullivan (Cindy) of Akron, OH and Todd Sullivan (Lauren) of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his many friends.
