He was predeceased by: his father William W. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Tomomi Nonoue; his mother Emma Jean Johnson; his siblings, Betty Jo Whaley-Stephens, Emma Johnson, William W. Johnson Jr., Carolyn Allen and Marijean Johnson; and his sons, De'Ante, Corey and Justin Whaley. He is also survived by grandchildren; three nephews; and his beloved three furbabies.
