He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Baker and Lura Frances Lowe; his wife Angie (Ragusa); his sister Joyce Dalbenzio; his stepsiblings, Sylvia Morrow and Daniel Harper; and his stepmother AnnaBelle Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Ron (Andrea) of New Albany and Laura Guida (Dan) of Weirton; his grandchildren, Danny, Megan and Ryan; his siblings, Gary, Robert, Tim Baker, Darlene Corbin and Candice Winston; and his stepsister Sally Fuller.
