He is survived by: his wife Karen Frances Bird (Cox); his son Julian Bird of Steubenville; and his brothers, Gene Bird (Charlotte) of Bloomingdale, Brian Boyd (Sheila) of Smithfield, Michael Bird of Texas, Morkie and Toko.
