She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Burier and Violet Burier (Snyder); her husband Charles S. Vacne; and her siblings, Alice Bates, Butch and Gary Burier.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Marie Montgomery (Alfred) of Toronto, Charles E. Vance of Steubenville and Robert S. Vance of Steubenville; and her siblings, Cheryl Black (Dave) of Wintersville and Rayleen Francis (Archie) of Steubenville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
