He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Lewis and Isabell Haines Bickerstaff; his brothers, Keith, Terry Lewis and David Bickerstaff; and his grandson Andrew Morello.

He is survived by: his wife Dorrienne Santucci Lewis; his children, Michele Manalac (Steven) of Pickerington, OH, Cynthia Morello of San Diego, CA, Scott Lewis Jr. (Rebecca) of Steubenville and Daniel Lewis (Shauna) of Wintersville; and his siblings, Patti, Denny, Lenny, Larry, Henry, Kathy, Susie, Mark Lewis, MaryLou and Betty Bickerstaff.
