With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shawn Castner of Steubenville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zane Kennedy and Edna Kennedy (Rager). She is survived by: her husband Paul Castner; her children, Zane, Keith Roe and Kerri Roe; her sister Vanessa; and her grandchildren, Star Reese (Joe) and Gabrielle Ohalek.
