She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jenkins and Jessie Jenkins Elson. She is survived by: her son Shane A. Jenkins of Steubenville; her siblings, Kathy Spencer, Debbie Filbe (Terry), Pamela Jenkins, Timothy Elson, Timmy Elson, Danny Elson and Daniel; and her grandchildren, Michael Jenkins, Caleb Jenkins, Keiontae Blanchard and Ariana Jenkins. She is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Gregory-Martin Funeral Chapel (255 S 7th St, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
