With solemn reverence, we commemorate Steven Lee Forte of Steubenville, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose life came to an end on June 14, 2025 at the age of 54, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frazier Forte and Lois Elizabeth Forte (Blackwell); and his grandparents, Elizabeth Gilliam Blackwell Fields, Perry Blackwell, William Fields, Slone and Ophelia Tinsley Forte.
He is survived by: his siblings, Melisa Jones (Danny), Anthony Forte (Karen), Timothy Forte (Jennifer), Angelita Forte and Jehu Forte (Destinee); and his children, Miles Forte and Sadie Forte. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews; and a host of great-nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Union Cemetery (1720 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sycamore Youth Center (301 N 4th St, Steubenville, OH 43952).
