In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Terry had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Terry may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Mildred Williams (Horner); and his sister Lori Sprouse. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Williams (Deffenbaugh); his stepsons, Michael H. Skeens (Amanda) and Steve L. Skeens (Lisa); his siblings, David Williams (Phylis), Marilyn Brown (John), Carolyn Carbasho (Tom), Lisa Johnson and Charles Kausky (Lori); and his stepgrandson Stephen M. Clevenger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
