He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Letcher and Catherine Letcher; his brother Mark Letcher; and his siblings-in-law, Teresa LeMaster and Joel Payton.
He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Powell Hargett; his sons, Justin Hargett (Alex) and Travis Hargett; his granddaughter Louise Hargett; his siblings, Bob Letcher, Rick Letcher, Peg Bainbridge (Mark), Patty Payton and Jean Cesario (Fred); his nephew Bryan Hawkins (Lindsay); and his nieces, Jessica Stiel (Chris), Catherine Waelchli (Michel), Erin Sunderland (Zach), Hayley Cesario and Krista Letcher.
