It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas W. Phillips of Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Phillips and Kathleen McClain Phillips; and his siblings, Jerry and Cathy Jo. He is survived by: his sister Sandy Weiher; his nieces, Jodi Marquis, Tracy Sergakis (Pete) and Karey Albaugh (Stan); and his pet Butter Ann. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and 4 great nephews, 1 great great niece.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society.
