He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Masters and Goldie Wise Masters; and his wife Helen M. Przenkop Masters. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Masters of New York, NY and Vivian Masters Quinn of Columbus, OH; his sister Betty Ziegler of Rayland, OH; and his grandchildren, Connie Quinn Reese, Christine Quinn Schafer, Theresa Miles and George Miles. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer a tree purchase in Vincent's memory.
