She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph DeMartin and Lucy DeMartin; her husband Ralph A. DeLeonardis; and her siblings, Michael, Lou DeMartin, Rita Dipietro, Mary and Joann DeMartin.

She is survived by: her sons, Ralph DeLeonardis (Martha) of Katy, TX and Ron DeLeonardis (Denise) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Christine (Doug), John (Leanna) and Robert; and her great grandchildren, Luke and Charlotte.
