He is survived by: his son Howard William Bell (Lisa); his brother Carl Bell (Judy); his grandchildren, William Bell (Abigale), Elizabeth Faith Bell and Lauren Hughes (Patrick); and his great grandchildren, Diana and Elowyn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
