He was predeceased by: his father Frank S. Grant (Angeline Grant); and his in-laws, Joseph and Evelyn Belotti. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Grant (Belotti); his grandchildren, Julie M. and William S. Grant, Jr.; his son Dr. Anthony W. Grant; and his sister Joyce Grant.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel (4435 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (204 Rosemont Ave, Steubenville, OH 43952).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Triumph of the Cross Parish.
